History
This home was definitely built around the 1920s (and is incorrectly listed as 117 Llandaff Road in the 1929 map of Haverford Township), but I can't for the life of me find it in any censuses, which is a shame. I can only fnid it in 2 newspaper clippings and the history of deeds, so that's all I can elaborate on.
In 1949, the home was purchased by the Klein family, and it stayed in the Klein family until 2011, when it was sold to a company that I guess redeveloped the land or something? It was sold to them for $232,750 in 2016, and it was sold to the current owners in 2017 for $438,000.
